Redpath Partners are partnering exclusively with one of Melbourne's leading Retail & Commercial Property Agencies, who are now actively seeking a Commercial & Retail Leasing Executive to join their team.

Reporting into the Head of Property and Managing Director, you will be responsible for the following:

- Identify and secure new commercial & retail tenants
- Negotiation of lease terms & conditions with tenants
- Management of the leasing process from start to finish, including lease renewals
- Continue to build & maintain relationships with all internal & external stakeholders
- Develop & implement leasing strategies
- Keeping abreast of market trends & industry developments

Currently the portfolio is primarily retail focused, with at least 20 + neighbourhood shopping centres under management. This role will include the responsibility of both static and project leasing duties.

To be considered for this role, ideally you will have a minimum of 2-3 + years of experience in commercial and retail leasing, across a variety of stock across Victoria.
