Hays is partnering with a large National Bank on several temporary assignment needs.
Our client is looking to interview within coming next week, if requested.

Our Banking client has a need for 4 x temporary Document Preparation Officers and 3 x Account Opening Officers. These are hybrid positions that will require you to work some days in the office and some days from home per week, as per instructed by the client.

**Your new role**
You will receive detailed training with both temporary positions (Document Preparation Officers and Account Opening Officers).

This position is a hybrid position where you will currently be required to work in both the office and from home in the working week.

This position is a 37.5 hours per week position, working between Monday to Friday. Initial training may require an early morning start in the first 2-4 week period (around 7am to 7.30am start), and thereafter it is a 8am to 6pm daily coverage position.

These are entry level Banking temporary positions, which will involve various tasks including checking home loan files, speaking with Brokers, ensuring accurate entry of customer data, reviewing necessary information and handling queries on fees and interest rate queries. It requires strong customer service skills and attention to detail. The casual assignments are intended to be for 6 months (based on performance) with a possibility of extension thereafter.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Excellent attention to detail and effective communication skills.
- The ability to prepare, check and process repetitive tasks
- Have a ‘can-do’ work approach.
- You need to be systems literate including MS Office and general laptop skills.
- Strong commitment to the intended initial 6 months assignment.
- If offered the assignment you will need to pass necessary background checks
