Full time working hours between 8:30am - 5:00pm with no weekend work
**The opportunity.**
Supporting the greater Workforce Planning team, the position provides high level admin support by managing workflow for Employment Relations Advisers across Australia.
You will be the master of monitoring, categorising, and allocating tasks and resources of our services team to optimise efficiency. You will be responsible for seeking and rostering on volunteers for planned events as required. Recordkeeping with a high level of attention to detail will be required. You will further collaborate with managers across the advice team so strong communication and stakeholder management is fundamental.

**Key accountabilities.**
- Accurately categorise and allocate tasks to the Service team
- Intraday and future task optimisation to allow productivity and Super Service to be maintained and exceeded
- Work closely with key stakeholders to monitor performance and promptly communicate schedule changes as required
- Manage administration tasks and clerical duties to enhance workflow
**The right person will have**:
- Strong administrative background
- Basic Excel skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment, with competing priorities
- Ability to work with team members for all levels of the organisation including members management teams
- Confidence to work autonomously in a hands-on capacity
