Enable Ability is looking for a full time Disability Services Manager to join their team in Wollongong. This is a great opportunity where hard work will be rewarded. The position will focus on planning, directing, organizing, and controlling various aspects of Enable Ability’s programs and services. Our clients require innovative and intensive support models to meet their needs and to achieve their goals now and into the future. Your leadership skills and experience will be imperative to achieving these outcomes.

**You are expected to have**:

- Strong leadership skills, team development and engagement and workforce planning and development.
- Experience in all aspects of employee management, training and development, recruitment and induction and performance management
- Experience in all aspects of employee management, training and development, recruitment and induction and performance management
- Solid financial management skills, development, implementation and management of budgets and financial resources
- Must have a solid experience within a similar role.
