Employment Type: Full-Time Permanent

**Salary**: $90,000 per year + Superannuation

We’re looking for a seasoned and driven Service Manager to take charge of daily operations across multiple Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes. What You’ll Do:

- Lead and manage SIL operations across multiple sites, ensuring compliance and quality care.
- Mentor and supervise frontline Support Workers.
- Manage rosters, budgets, and operational risks across 24/7 services.
- Collaborate with families, Support Coordinators, and Allied Health Professionals.
- Champion compliance with NDIS Practice Standards, WHS, and restrictive practice regulations.
- Support onboarding, training, and ongoing service improvements.
- Be available for a rotating after-hours on-call roster to manage urgent issues.
- Help residents uphold service agreements and ensure financial responsibilities are met.

Essential Criteria:

- Minimum 5 years’ experience managing SIL services under the NDIS.
- In-depth knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards and the Quality and Safeguarding Framework.
- Proven experience in:

- Managing reportable incidents and medication errors
- Implementing and overseeing restrictive practices
- Feedback and complaints management
- Proficiency with the NDIS Commission Portal and NSW DCJ Restrictive Practices Portal.
- Proficiency with CRM software such as Visual Care, ShiftCare, or Brevity.
- Strong mentoring, coaching, and supervision skills.
- Solid understanding of WHS in disability support environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Desirable:

- Diploma or higher qualification in Disability, Community Services, Social Work, or related field.
- Experience with medium to large-scale NDIS SIL providers.
- Demonstrated alignment with social justice and family-based values.
- Minimum 5 years of staff supervision experience.
