**About the Opportunity**

This is an exciting opportunity for a Coordinator to put their own personal stamp on running this service

We are currently seeking a Coordinator to join our team at Uniting Engadine OSHC on a full time permanent basis.

The Uniting Engadine OSHC operates Before and After School Care and Vacation Care.

As a specialist in Outside of School Hours Care and having a strong knowledge of the National Quality Standards and “My Time Our Place” framework, you will build a strong community culture in the centre and school, liaising with parents and developing staff.

**Your work may include**:

- Developing positive relationships that support children, their families and community.
- Provide consistent and visible leadership in WH&S behaviours and actions within the team.
- Contribute to the development and evaluation and improvements to the service
- Commitment to providing and maintaining a safe and supportive work environment that is inclusive of all staff

**Who we’re looking for**
- Certificate III or Diploma in Children Services and/or OSHC Services
- Excellent knowledge of the NQS and My Time Our Place Framework
- Previous OSHC leadership experience as a Coordinator
- Approved child protection clearance
- Demonstrates an understanding of governance principles and able to model best practice
- Able to establish, foster and nurture collaborative partnerships with families and our local communities
- Understanding of diversity and inclusive practice
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
