STRONG Pilates ENGADINE is one of the leading Pilates studios in Sydney’s Sutherland Shire, with a mix of 13 ROWFORMER & 4 RIDE beds. The STRONG Pilates program of classes is designed with you in mind - we offer low impact either on rower or bike former as well as traditional Pilates including beginners (gentle) and weights. We're on the lookout for a caring, high performaning, postive, organised and experienced Sutherland Shire resident for our STRONG Engadine Studio Manager - Part-Time 20-25 hours per week Mon-Fri

**Responsibilities**:
**MARKETING & SALES**
- 70% of the role is marketing and sales focus - Acquisition and Retention
- Management, generating and converting membership sales 20+ new members per month
- Manage leads and members in Hapana Core and Grow
- Respond to social media DM’s
- Follow up calls with First timer and members on a trial to convert into sale
- Follow up members who have not showed to a class
- Follow up members who have not attended for 1 or more weeks
- Create opportunities in the Engadine community to generate more leads including local schools, businesses
- Develop and implement the marketing social media calendars
- Manage the ambassadors, school programs and other sponsorships
- Develop Stories, Reels, and manage social content FB, TikTok, FB Groups, IG alongside the instructors
- Manage the marketing platform
- Weekly agency meetings to improve campaigns
- Recommend and implement proactive strategies marketing, training and staff development
- Manage and coordinate the opening event, community classes and ongoing events management
- Manage feedback Google Reviews and feedback
- Implement new partnerships and collaborations with local and larger community
- Come up with new ideas on how to raise awareness and trial
- Develop Business proposals for group corporates in the community
- Manage and implement Charity Events and other engagement events

**Management/Administration /Operations/Maintenance - 30%**
- Manage the member base performance and increase engagement and attendance
- Generate daily, weekly and monthly reports
- Team management - Oversee the Timetable, Timesheets, covers and communication to Instructors
- Manage failed payments, suspension, newbies sales reports
- Maintain upkeep of the studio in-between classes including cleanliness, Rowformers, Bikeformers and bathrooms
- Cleaning Childcare room, bathroom, filling spray bottles
- Manage the towels including washing/soaking/rolling of eucalyptus towels
- Take pride in the studio like it is your own
- Organise trades to fix any issues
- Manage the cleaning of the facility
- Seek out trades for various jobs

- Proudly represent your STRONG studio at all times
- Be the main point of contact “The Face”
- Welcome clients by name
- Always know when it’s a client’s first class
- Positive, Enthusiastic and supportive attitude towards clients
- Ability to develop STRONG relationships with clients
- Continue to build the community culture of STRONG
- Assist in the sale of memberships, merchandise and other offerings

**Essential**
- 3+ years managing a fitness club, or studio (must have)
- 3+ Years of Sales and marketing experience
- Marketing qualifications
- Passion for fitness, wellness health or Pilates experience
- The role is open to Australian Permanent residents /Citizens only

Hours are flexible

Mon-Fri 2 mornings & 2 afternoons per week

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $75,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 25 per week
