**The Opportunity**

We have an exciting opportunity for a **Communications and Marketing Advisor** to join our dynamic and growing team. The role includes aspects of internal communications and external marketing, that will keep you engaged and challenged, while building your capabilities and making a real impact on our business.

As the Internal Communications Advisor, you’ll work closely with all functions of our business to bring their news to life. Guided by our annual Communications Strategy and industry best practice research, you’ll be given the autonomy to create impactful and engaging content in varying formats and across our dynamic Channel Framework.

With your ability to connect socially with our people, leaders and the industry, you’ll provide strategic advice and solutions aimed at continuously improving what we do. Your genuine desire to take our communications to the next level is critical to ensuring our people are kept in the loop and energized around our shared purpose of globally delivering innovative, sustainable solutions, for a safer, secure future

In the Marketing Advisor part of your role, you’ll provide hands on support to enhance brand and reputation of KBR’s Infrastructure Solutions Australia business. This includes coordinating communication and brand activities (client events, conferences, sponsorships, awards and abstract submissions, etc.) with KBR’s business segment leaders across our six markets.

In addition, you’ll continue to expand our dynamic digital marketing collateral portfolio for emerging and existing business lines as well as regular content for social media, our website and investigate media and editorial opportunities.

With such a varied role, you’ll have the freedom to drive new ideas while taking a hands-on approach to move them through from concept to delivery.

As this is a multifaceted position, you will have the ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining high quality outputs, effectively managing expectations and deadlines with your varied stakeholders and have a willingness to experiment with dynamic content and emerging communications channels.

You’ll be a natural project manager and all-rounder who equally enjoys planning and strategizing but is willing and able to roll their sleeves up and get the job done on time.
