**Your new company**

My client a Government Department is currently seeking the expertise of an experienced Strategic Marcomms Advisor to join their team. This role will enable you to develop and implement large scale strategic marcomms plans for this Government Department.

**Your new role**

Commencing immediately, you will develop and implement strategic marketing and communications plans on behalf of this department for multiple projects being delivered in South Australia.

Working within a fast-paced and politically sensitive environment, the position needs to be adaptable and able to work across multiple projects, priorities, and business areas autonomously, effectively and with a strong focus on delivery of key deadlines.

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be considered for this role, you will have:

- Developed marketing and communications experience at a similar level, ideally within a public sector or similar environment
- The ability to develop and implement strategic marketing and communications plans for major projects
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with an eye for detail
- The ability to juggle multiple priorities at any given time with competing deadlines
- The ability to work autonomously with limited direction
- Up-to-date knowledge with key marketing trends
- Strong demonstrated political nous making informed decisions that are measured and in-line with the Departments strategic objectives
- You must hold a valid DHS WWCC and a NPC
- Immediately available to commence asap
