**The Opportunity**:
We are looking for a **Digital Marketing and Communication Advisor** to join our Marketing and Communication team at ReturnToWorkSA.

This role is important to provide advice and support to the business to effectively support marketing and communication needs as well as manage our digital communication channels to provide a positive customer experience.

**This role will be a** **full-time fixed term contract for 2 years.**

**The Role**:

- Provide analysis and expert advice in relation to optimising digital communication content and engagement
- Manage ReturnToWorkSA’s online communication channels to ensure they are fit for purpose and effective
- Use analytical tools and customer feedback to assess effectiveness of online platforms and implement improvements
- Develop marketing and communication strategies for programs, projects or initiatives
- Provide advice and services to ensure that marketing communication activity is consistent, on brand and meets ReturnToWorkSA needs
- Prepare, edit and distribute content and material
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- Ability to advise leaders in relation to marketing and communication strategies and products
- Ability to write effectively and tailor content for specific audiences and platforms
- Ability to work and liaise with third party vendors
- Experience using content management systems such as Squiz Matrix and SharePoint
- Experience in providing training, support and advice to content editors in a distributed content authorship model
- Understanding of Government accessibility standards
- Demonstrated project management, planning and delivery skills
- Ability to build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships

**What we offer**:
The total remuneration package for this position is starting from $89,596 (exclusive of superannuation).
