Salesforce Platform Manager opportunity within the Education sector

A large organisation within the Education sector is looking for a Salesforce Platform Manager. Initially this will be a 12 month engagement with a strong vision of extending or going permanent.

**Your new role**
***
You will design, build and lead a Practice Team of skilled Salesforce practitioners.

You will be responsible for the SF service to ensure success and the smooth delivery of projects and initiatives, including:

- Ensure the team are able to skilfully and quickly manage and resolve incidents
- Ensure all Cybersecurity best practice is applied to the SF platform and usage
- Provide Release Management service
- Ensure all SF Data is protected and maintained appropriately for each business unit
- Ensure all interfaces are clearly understood and supported where necessary
- Become a trusted partner of the various SF business areas
- Manage external partnerships

**What you'll need to succeed**
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role within a Salesforce environment
- Architectural understanding of the SF platform
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a DevOps environment
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment using agile methodologies
