Job Description As a key member of the engineering leadership team and the extended Technology Management team, the Senior Salesforce Platform Manager & Architect is responsible for the architectural vision, direction, and delivery of Salesforce platforms and related technology domains within OFX.
You will lead cross-functional, autonomous delivery teams comprising software engineers, quality engineers, and Salesforce specialists to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives.
Your primary focus is to build and nurture a team of highly skilled and motivated engineers who collaborate with product managers, delivery managers, and subject matter experts to achieve impactful outcomes.
You will ensure that Salesforce architecture and platform strategies are seamlessly integrated into the broader technology landscape, fostering innovation and continuous improvement in engineering practices.
You will advocate for best practices in Salesforce development, integration, Dev Ops, and cloud-native architectures while promoting a culture of ownership, accountability, and professional growth.
Your role includes mentoring team members, managing stakeholders, and leading critical decision-making processes to meet strategic technology goals within an inclusive and empowering environment.
Qualifications Valuable Experience At least 5 years of experience as a Solution Architect or similar role with significant Salesforce Enterprise implementation expertise (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud)Minimum of 3 years leading cross-functional engineering teams with a Dev Ops mindset Deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities: custom apps, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, workflows, formula fields, SOQL, REST APIs Proven experience designing and delivering complex, integrated Salesforce solutions in B2 B environments Extensive knowledge of Agile methodologies and software development practices such as TDD, Kanban, and Lean Experience working in Continuous Integration, Continuous Deployment, and Configuration Management environments Significant experience with cloud-native architectures, preferably AWSSkilled in architectural frameworks, API design, and system integration patterns Familiarity with KYC verification systems and compliance-related processes is advantageous Experience managing technology vendors and partnerships Background in Saa S product development is desirable Proficient in advanced Salesforce deployment techniques, including CI/CD pipelines Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Additional Information What it's like working at OFXWe're OFXers because we want to make a difference.
