Job Description

The Senior Salesforce Platform Manager & Architect will oversee the architectural vision, direction, and delivery of Salesforce platforms and related technology domains. This role leads cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives.

This key member of the engineering leadership team is responsible for building a highly skilled and motivated team of engineers who collaborate with product managers, delivery managers, and subject matter experts to achieve impactful outcomes.

The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience as a Solution Architect or similar role with significant Salesforce Enterprise implementation expertise.

  • Advocate for best practices in Salesforce development, integration, DevOps, and cloud-native architectures
