**The Role - A Day in the Life of Scape’s Salesforce Platform Owner**

As our Salesforce Platform Owner, you’ll be the go-to expert for everything Salesforce, working closely with teams across Scape to ensure we’re making the most of our platform. You’ll manage our Salesforce roadmap across Sales, Service and Field Service, champion user adoption, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver cutting-edge solutions that enhance digital experiences for our people and customers alike.

**No two days are the same at Scape, but here’s a taste of what your day could look like**:

- Partner with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate business opportunities into Salesforce solutions.
- Own and drive the Salesforce roadmap across SalesCloud, ServiceCloud, Field Service Lightning, and Agentforce.
- Lead platform improvements and execute new features with internal teams and external partners.
- Monitor user adoption, deliver tailored training, and ensure everyone feels empowered to make the most of Salesforce.
- Oversee system maintenance, security reviews, and regular updates to keep our platform running smoothly.
- Be the mastermind behind workflows, automation, integrations, and dashboards that supercharge team efficiency.

You’re a tech-savvy strategist with a passion for all things Salesforce. You know how to balance technical expertise with stakeholder collaboration, and you thrive in environments where every day brings new challenges and opportunities.

**Here’s what sets you apart**:

- Advanced Salesforce knowledge (certifications across Core Clouds are a bonus).
- Experience in product or platform ownership, particularly in Salesforce is a must.
- A knack for integrating Salesforce with other systems and leveraging its full potential.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to translate objectives into actionable roadmaps.
- Excellent communication skills, enabling you to bridge the gap between tech and business teams.
- A collaborative approach and the ability to inspire confidence in stakeholders at all levels.
