Network Aviation is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Qantas Group, providing high-capacity air charter and regular passenger transport services. We operate a growing fleet of A320 and F100 aircraft. From our base at Perth Airport, we specialise in resource sector support, regional and interstate passenger transport, routine and emergency freight and corporate charter flying.

Your new position as Cabin Ground Trainer will see you become part of a dynamic Training team providing Safety and regulatory training to Aircrew. You will be accountable for conducting theoretical instruction, facilitation and practical training, examination and assessment to course participants ensuring all regulatory requirements and Company Standards are met including Emergency procedures and maintenance of the associated courseware for the following aircraft types; A320 and F100.

You’ll have
- Previous experience facilitating aircrew training, technical training or similar- Sound knowledge and understanding of Aviation Regulations, policy and procedures- Previous cabin crew experience (desirable)- A Certificate IV in Workplace Assessment & Training (desirable)- Experience in adult learning principles- First Aid Certificate or equivalent- Be able to swim fully clothed and unaided for 50 metres and complete wet drills, including life raft.- Emergency Procedures Endorsements, Emergency Equipment Standard Operating Procedures for an Airline (desirable)- Hold CASA Emergency Procedures Instrument (desirable, able to obtain)- Ability to work in a team environment- An understanding of aircraft safety and airline operations- Good administrative and computer skills- Able to work unsupervised- Able to demonstrate a high level of written and verbal communication- The requirement to travel on an ad-hoc basis where required
