**About the Role**

We are looking for an experienced Payroll Manager to work in a fast-paced environment with a great Company culture on a 12 month Parental Leave Contract.
As a member of the HR team, reporting to the Head of Remuneration & Benefits, the role is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of a fortnightly payroll for our Australian and New Zealand employees in collaboration with our outsourced payroll provider, Employment Innovations (EI).
The focus of this role is to gather, collate and record payroll data internally, and collaborating with EI to ensure all payroll activities are executed seamlessly. Additionally, you will be the internal point of contact for all payroll related queries, providing day to day advice on employment benefits including leave benefits and superannuation.

**About You**
- We’re looking for someone who possess the following experience:

- At least 5 years’ experience managing a sizeable, stand-alone payroll function
- Demonstrated attention to detail and organisation skills
- An in-depth knowledge of employment legislation impacting remuneration.
- Advanced excel and experience with reporting is also key.
- Experience managing an outsourced payroll program through effective communication and superior customer service.
