**About the role**

Leverage your Agile toolkit to coach and support and nurture a group of Agile delivery teams.

Responsibilities include:

- Build and coach multiple high performing Agile individuals, and teams on Agile mindsets and behaviours in a way that ensures full team engagement
- Build an end to end value driving mindset for cross functional teams and leadership
- Empower leadership teams in building, growing and sustaining a thriving Agile team
- Facilitate workshops, training and sessions with teams and individuals on Agile knowledge and ways of working
- Support facilitation of events at a department level for Agile at scale such as Big Room planning, and Roadmap Discovery, Showcases etc.
- Coach the team to be empowered, instilling a proactive, positive and innovative team culture
- Application of the Agile & scrum values and principles
- Find ways to strengthen team's understanding of Agile using a blend of frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, XP, OKRs
- Develop, implement and maintain a framework and methods for regular and effective communication to inform and engage relevant stakeholders.
- Liaise with vendors and to ensure cohesive delivery outcomes between Information Technology Services (ITS) and third-party support.
- Provide input into the continuous improvement of the Agile and DevOps frameworks at the University, ITS delivery and team cultures and ways of working.

**About you**

To succeed you will need:

- Proven expert at Agile Coaching and coaching people across all layers of the organisation
- Experience as an Agile Coach in a fast-moving environment in large scale Agile organisations.
- Deep knowledge of Agile principles and flexibility to adapt experience to new and evolving environments.
- Experience with large-scale Agile transformations with focus on business and technology working together in squads for organisational change and value delivery.
- Able to support teams towards measurable high performance, and have fact-based interventions to enhance individual, team and organisational capability.
- Certifications in Agile Coaching preferred - ICAgile, Scrum Alliance, or broader coaching skill sets like ICF accreditation.
- Practical evidence of working in Agile delivery - managing product backlogs, prioritising requests, writing user stories, sprint planning, iterations, retros, stand-ups.
- Passionate about understanding and coaching change across individuals and teams across various stages of and Agile transformation.
- Assertive, yet empathetic with the confidence to be the voice of authority and not afraid to do what is best for the team or organisation.
- Believes in a non-hierarchical culture of collaboration, transparency, and trust across the team.
