Join a large scale Federal Government Agency as Agile Coach

**Your new company**

This large, core Federal Government Department is currently undertaking a broad program of work to translate business vision and strategy into effective enterprise change, with a specific emphasis on the modernisation of business capabilities supported by legacy ICT systems. The program has the responsibility of improving the efficiency and effectiveness of ICT solutions through the identification and replacement of legacy components and the reduction of technical duplication, complexity and inefficiency.

**Your new role**

In your new role as Agile Coach, you will coach and mentor staff within the Program to modernise its ways of working. You'll collaborate with delivery teams to modernise their systems and processes, whilst implementing agile best practices.You will work with delivery teams and Senior Leadership to cultivate an agile mindset and help drive cultural change. You will be conducting agile workshops, training sessions and working with teams and individuals across a number of stakeholder groups, including technical and non-technical stakeholders. There is a large focus on fostering a positive environment within the Program overall and the ability to maintain open, honest communication and collaboration.

**What you'll need to succeed**

Strong demonstrated experience assisting organisations to transition from traditional project and program management methodologies to Agile ways of working.

-Knowledge of, or ability to, quickly gain knowledge of Australian electoral law and practice.

**What you'll get in return**

A 4-month initial contract, with 2 x 6 Month potential extensions.
- A centrally based Canberra office.
