We are partnering with a world leading university in which the Information Technology Services (ITS) delivers digital solutions that enable the University to achieve its strategic goals: a student experience equal to the world’s best, and research that transforms society and creates national capability. ITS has responsibility for the University’s digital ecosystem, and is leading the delivery of the Digital Master Plan, a 10 year strategic roadmap for the transformation of the University’s digital capability. ITS works in partnership with Colleges and Service Divisions in order to provide an engaging, seamless and safe digital experience that enables our students and staff to excel. ITS has commenced a program of transformation that will reshape our operating model, structure and ways of working to enable us to deliver greater value. The Lean Agile Centre of Excellence (LACE) area within the ITS Division works collaboratively with stakeholders from ITS and across the University to define strategy around progressive delivery frameworks and continuous improvement to help optimise the outcomes driven by technology. We do this with guidance from our target cultural objectives of: take an outside-in view; think team; own it; make it simple; act with empathy. The Agile Coach provides high-level professional support and guidance on Agile and DevOps ways of working at a team level within ITS, focusing on a specific Value Stream. The role will focus on the coaching team leads and members to implement business agility concepts and embed continuous improvement into their working practices. The role will help raise the capability of teams working in agile and embed a culture of continuous improvement

**Your new role**

We are looking for someone who is an Agile enthusiast, highly proficient in Agile methodology and with a proven history of contributing to Digital Transformation in an Agile Environment. You may be a Scrum Master or Product Owner looking to move to something more general, or you may be a budding Agile Project or Delivery Manager looking to expand your repertoire.

**What you'll need to succeed**

Ideally be Canberra-based, with the ability to be on-site at the Canberra campus at least 3-days per week

Good energy and commitment to improving Agile processes for the organization

Expertise in Agile Methodology, and a complimentary communication style to upskill 30-40 other technical and non-technical stakeholders through Workshops and other coaching methods

**What you'll get in return**

**Remuneration**: $140,000 - $150,000 + 17 % superannuation
