**Job Description**:
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic, professional and energetic team of Receptionists who are passionate about providing the best possible experience for Nine’s visitors, executives and employees. Based on the Executive Level of Nine’s state-of-the-art North Sydney offices, you will be the first point of contact for calls coming into Nine, and for meeting and greeting all visitors.

Day to day you will:

- Greet and direct guests in a timely and professional manner
- Answer all calls in a professional manner in accordance with Nine guidelines, policies and procedures
- Connect Publicity radio interviews
- Make bookings for Executive meeting rooms, according to guidelines
- Maintain clean and organised meeting rooms and associated work spaces
- Keep in regular contact with EA's and all Receptionists to ensure relevant information is passed on

This Nine Reception is open from 6am-8pm Monday to Friday, and 7am-7pm on weekends. You will be required to work a rotating roster covering a variety of shifts between 6am and 8pm from Monday to Friday, with flexibility to help out on weekends on occasion.

What we are looking for you to bring to the role:

- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to achieving team goals
- The ability to contribute to a cohesive team environment
- Proven customer service experience, with the ability to effectively handle diverse, and sometimes challenging queries and requests
- Willingness to do shift work between 6am and 8pm week days (and 7am - 7pm on weekends on occasion)
