Epson, a leader in the printer and imaging market, is seeking a motivated, energetic receptionist with a bubbly and friendly manner to join our team on a full-time basis.

This role reports to our People and Culture Manager, where some of the key responsibilities include:

- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Handling incoming and outgoing calls
- Arranging catering for internal meetings and events
- Arranging travel requests
- Ordering office supplies
- Providing general admin support where and as needed - mail sorting and distribution, organising couriers, arranging trades people for building maintenance
- Assisting the finance team with invoices where required

We are looking for someone with:

- A bubbly and friendly personality, and a positive attitude and excellent phone manner
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) & customer service skills
- Great organisation and prioritisation skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once
- Highly responsible, reliable and punctual
