About the role

This full-time Business Sales and Marketing role at Alarm Force Pty Limited offers an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team in Broadmeadows, Victoria. As a sales and marketing professional, you will play a crucial part in driving business growth and revenue through effective customer engagement and strategic marketing initiatives.

What you'll be doing
- Actively prospecting and generating new sales leads through a range of channels including networking, cold calling, and online marketing
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to secure repeat business and upsell additional products and services
- Conducting tailored sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our offerings and convert potential customers
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted campaigns to raise brand awareness and attract new clients
- Providing feedback and insights to the sales and marketing leadership to inform strategy and continuous improvement
- Accurately tracking sales activities, forecasting, and reporting on key performance metrics

What we're looking for
- Demonstrated experience in a sales or business development role, preferably within the security or technology industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients at all levels
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving sustainable business growth
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques to support lead generation and customer acquisition
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively
- Tertiary qualification in business, marketing, or a related field is highly desirable

Pay: $30,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year

Supplementary Pay:
