We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Clinic Manager to join our prestigious **Broadmeadows** clinic. As the Clinic Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our clinic, ensuring the highest level of service and customer satisfaction.

**ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Ensure that financial budgets for sales, conversion, product attachment and labour productivity are achieved
- Continually assess the performance of each treatment category within the clinic (laser, skin, inject and body) and create action plans to address any areas of underperformance
- Manage and coach your team members to achieve and exceed their agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Plan and manage staffing requirements of the business to ensure adequate coverage and labour productivity
- Lead the team to deliver on our Customer Value Proposition (CVP) - Beauty Tailored To You
- Ensure that marketing promotions and campaigns are executed in clinic

**ABOUT YOU**
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- A background in retail, hair and beauty or service industries is highly regarded or in a similar role
- Proven capability to motivate staff to achieve KPI targets
- Ability to work in a very high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Business Qualifications desirable
