We are a Registered Training Organization (RTO) providing high-quality vocational education and training programs. Our mission is to deliver practical, industry-relevant training to equip students with the skills and qualifications they need to succeed in their careers. We are seeking an experienced and driven marketing professional to help grow our brand and attract new students.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies to promote our training programs and attract prospective students.
- Manage social media platforms and create engaging content to enhance our online presence.
- Conduct market research to understand the needs of potential students and stay up to date with VET sector trends.
- Work closely with the admissions team to create and execute campaigns to increase enrollment.
- Assist with organizing and promoting events, open days, and webinars to raise awareness of our offerings.
- Design and produce promotional materials, such as brochures, flyers, and digital content.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and provide insights for improvements.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in marketing, ideally within the vocational education and training (VET) sector.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media, and content creation.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A valid driver’s license and own car (required for occasional travel to events and promotional activities).
- Ability to work on-site in Broadmeadows, VIC.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: From $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
