The opportunity:
Due to growth, we have an opportunity within our Group Life Insurance Administration support team. You will be responsible for processing and maintenance of a portfolio of polices and providing a superior level of service to our Third-Party Administrators, Members and Advisers.

To do this successfully you will:

- Processing a portfolio of policies within agreed SLAs
- Data entry and analysis
- Annual and monthly premium reconciliations
- Providing initial investigations and escalate complex queries and decisions where applicable.
- Experience in Insurance administration or processing role
- Keen interest to build a career in Insurance
- Strong Numeracy skills
- Intermediate Excel Skill level
