T & R Sports is one of the biggest sporting equipment and home gym retailers in Australia.

We have four branches in major cities in Australia. Now we are hiring a part-time sales assistant to join our team at 1c 149 McCredie Rd Smithfield NSW 2164.

**Responsibilities**
- Preparing quotes and other supporting documents for clients to convert sales
- Managing client orders through to delivery - organizing client deliveries and liaising with suppliers and warehouse
- Providing client support on order status and post-sales services such as returns and exchanges
- Monitoring client feedback with the aim of continually improving our client’s experience and our internal processes
- Managing client database and records in our CRM platforms including CIN7
- Other jobs as assigned by your manager

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of retail sales or customer service experience in a busy and fast-paced environment.
- Be genuinely willing to provide exceptional customer service with the highest standard of communication and phone manner skills and the ability to build ongoing relationships with customers
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, including an ability to multitask, prioritize workloads and meet deadlines
- A willingness to take on new challenges, be a self-starter and work as part of a team with minimum supervision.
- Can clearly communicate in English on a professional/fluent level (verbal and written)
- Confident user of Microsoft Office and IT systems generally, CIN7 and Prospect CRM experience would be viewed favorably but not essential

Working Hours: Saturday & Sunday 10:00am - 4:00pm
