**Role Overview**:
The Community Programs Manager (CPM) will lead the planning, organisation, and execution of various programs aimed at addressing community needs. The role involves managing project teams, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Drive results through proactive planning and execution.
- Lead and manage portfolios of projects and cross-functional teams.
- Oversee program delivery, including budget management and evaluation.
- Develop and implement innovative community engagement programs.
- Provide advisory support to other departments on community engagement strategies.
- Foster internal and external relationships to enhance program effectiveness.
- Represent the organisation at community events and initiatives.
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- Tertiary qualifications in social work, social science, welfare, or related fields.
- Previous experience in community engagement leadership roles.
- Ability to work with individuals with complex needs.
- Case management experience and familiarity with external services.
- Valid Working with Children Check, Police Check, and driver's license.
