We are currently looking for a **Casual Community Support Workers** to join our team of support service professionals and help make a difference in our client's lives in **Auburn NSW and surrounds, **areas include but are not limited to**:Parramatta, Ryde/ Macquarie Park, Merrylands & Western Sydney.**
- _**Applicants must be available for a minimum of 3-4 day shifts per week (excluding weekends).**_
- _**Applicants must be able to travel to surrounding locations with a minimum of 25KM.**_

**What We Offer**:

- Rate of **$38.08 - $41.54** per hour (Inclusive of 25% Casual Loading) pending experience and qualifications.
- Rosters set 4-6 weeks in advance.
- Prioritize work/life/study balance.
- Supportive, knowledgeable and friendly management team.
- 1- day informative induction training at our head office in Auburn NSW.
- Training prior to commencing induction on the following: Medication, Behaviour, Infection Control, Meal-time Management & Acquired Brain Injury.
- Buddy shifts & detailed handovers prior to commencing allocated shifts.
- Ongoing learning, continuous client specific training and career progression opportunities.

**Your new role will include**:

- **Provide 1:1 quality support** and meet the requirements of the clients based on their individual needs and in line with their goals.
- Assist our clients to live independently in their **own homes.**:

- Assist clients in accessing the community
- Assist clients in achieving rehabilitation goals
- Provide personal care
- Support clients with judgment and decision making
- Monitor client behaviour
- Maintain accurate records and report writing
- Provide feedback to the relevant Client Services Manager.

**Qualifications/Experience**:

- An appropriate certificate relevant to the work required to be performed
- Previous experience in a related industry or service to undertake the range of activities required.

**What you will need to Succeed**:

- Driver License and use of a registered vehicle
- First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011 - Provide first aid)
- NDIS Workers Check
- Android or iOS compatible smartphone
- Up to date COVID19 Vaccination Certificate (Normally 2 vaccinations + Booster)
