**The Company and the Role**
A specialised NDIS registered provider with a team of innovative, highly experienced and passionate Health Professionals that are dedicated to helping people achieve their goals and gain a sense of control and independence in their lives
As part of a multidisciplinary team, you'll work within a strengths-based approach, providing high-quality assessment, diagnosis, and therapy for clients in the community. This role involves delivering evidence-based services with measurable outcomes, including working within NDIS and community health services.
The overall aim of the Behaviour Support Practitioner role is to improve a person’s quality of life and that of the people around them
**Qualifications & experience**
- Bachelor of psychology/Social Work/Rehab Counselling/Social Sciences or related Health/Disability studies
- Current professional body registration (where appropriate)
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- Working with Children’s check
- Current Driver’s license
**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Plan, deliver and evaluate psychosocial services to NDIS participants which help them achieve their NDIS goals.
- Support NDIS participants’ inclusion and participation in the community
- Provide services and supports in collaboration with key stakeholders
- Demonstrate an understanding and ability to provide services and supports within the parameters of the participant’s available NDIS funding
- Participate in regular professional development opportunities to keep up with current developments
- Fulfil administrative requirements such as data collection and note taking
- When assigned, supervise and train assistants, volunteers and students, ensuring the maintenance of professional, clinical, ethical and safety standards
- Ensure compliance with PRS duty of care (code of practice)
- Ensure services meet quality service standards and NDIS guidelines

Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 38 per week
