Working within a close-knit, collaborative team, this role is suited to an experienced VM coordinator, or similar retail operations background. You will be joining an established organisation with a great reputation in the Australian and Global markets.

**Within this role, you will support the VM Manager with all VM planning and execution. You will be the go to for retail store management around all things VM**:

- Create Weekly/Seasonal Visual communication and manage feedback and sign off from key stakeholders
- Provides support and feedback to stores through photo share and store visits.
- Manages VM inbox and answer all requests in a timely manner
- Assists VM manager as needed.
- Assist VM team for special projects and in store set ups during key periods, Launch, Christmas, Sale.
- Create guidelines around safe VM practices. Ensures safety is not compromised through VM direction.
- Shares best practices of VM including display/signage storage
- Communicates seasonally retain and destroy prop/signage inventory
- Communicates all VM directives and initiatives for store execution.
- Coordinates and plans and communicates store rotations and merchandising changes including window, beds, and MIT direction.
- Work with VM team on commercial product displays requiring attention including new category trials and testing.
- Works collaboratively w/cross functional teams. Implements key business strategies and offers solutions based on opportunities.
- This role is to start ASAP on a full-time basis. You will be working in the office and remotely. Laptop will be provided, but a work from home set up will be required - desk, chair etc._
