You have project management, visual merchandising, communication, and problem-solving to maintain high standards in Oceania boutiques.

What are we expecting from you?

Reporting to the Store Design Planning Manager, you will be responsible for:

Store Design and Planning

  • Project Execution: Plans and executes store planning activities for new boutiques and renovations, ensuring Maison standards are met.
  • Project Management: Maintains project budgets, design concepts, layouts, and schedules, while respecting timelines and providing local market feedback to ensure efficient project execution.

Network Maintenance

  • Boutique Condition Management: Responsible for monitoring boutique conditions through regular visits, detailed checks, and reporting.
  • Maintenance Coordination & Budgeting: Coordinates maintenance actions, monitors the maintenance budget, challenges quotations, and creates purchase orders.

Visual Merchandising

  • VM Implementation & Coordination: Coordinates in-boutique VM implementation, including guidelines, zoning, and launches, while identifying improvement areas and sharing best practices.
  • Standards Review & Support: Reviews boutique standards across Oceania and assists with reordering props, lighting, and VM tools.
