**VISUAL MERCHANDISING COORDINATOR - NSW**

**The Role**
As the Visual Merchandise Coordinator for NSW, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual appeal for our stores. You will be responsible for executing VM briefs, ensuring consistency, and maintaining high standards across all our retail spaces. If you have a keen eye for VM and strong organisational skills, we encourage you to apply.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Working closely with the National VM Manager to understand and execute VM briefs effectively.
- Collaborate with Store and State/Area Managers to ensure consistent implementation of VM displays.
- Maintain open lines of communication with the National VM Manager, providing updates on store displays, challenges and successes.
- Train and guide store staff, ensuring alignment with VM guidelines

You will be a self-motivated, meticulously organised individual who is driven to achieve results and can easily transition between the creative and administrative components of this varied position. In addition, the following skills and attributes will contribute to your success in the role:
