**Role Summary**

We are seeking a **Sales and Marketing Manager** who will spearhead innovative strategies to boost revenue, enhance brand visibility, and foster client relationships. This role demands a blend of strategic thinking, creative marketing skills, and hands-on sales expertise to drive success in the South Australian market.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.
- Plan and manage creative marketing campaigns that effectively showcase our product range.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
- Collaborate with the national team to align local initiatives with overarching business objectives.
- Lead and mentor the Adelaide sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Monitor performance metrics and prepare comprehensive sales and marketing reports.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated success in sales and marketing roles, preferably in building supplies or construction industries.
- Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, social media platforms, and CRM systems.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Availability to travel within South Australia as required.

**Application Process**

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year

Supplementary Pay:

- Bonus
