Cobb Lane is an artisan bakery located in the popular village of Yarraville, with shopfronts in Richmond Traders and South Melbourne Market operating alongside an established wholesale arm. We pride ourselves on our craftsmanship, specialising in slow ferment sourdoughs and viennoiserie, using the best ingredients available.

**About the role**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform administrative duties such as invoicing, processing orders, scheduling runs, reporting, filing, typing, printing, and scanning.
- Basic bookkeeping - managing supplier invoices, processing customer payments & credits.
- Provides administrative support to the rest of the team and liaises with various team members in relation to customer requests.
- Provides accurate and timely information by answering questions and requests.
- Schedules maintenance for equipment.
- Maintains office supplies inventory by checking stock and placing orders.
- Improves/streamlines administrative processes.

**About you**:
- You will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Experience with Apple Mac documents, Word, Excel, Googlesheets and Ordermentum or a similar order management system is preferred.
- You are a passionate individual who enjoys establishing rapport with customers and team members and maintaining effective relationships with them.
- You are a confident communicator, both written and verbal, and can remain calm and confident in various circumstances.
- You are organised, can prioritise tasks to meet deadlines, and manage your own time suitably.
- You possess a can-do attitude when it comes to solving problems.
- You’re proactive, reliable, self-starter who can work autonomously and collaboratively.
- You’re familiar enough with Melbourne suburbs to plan logical delivery routes.
**Working arrangements**:
- This is a part-time role for the following shifts:
- Thursday: 8am - 2pm
- Due to the nature of the role, we require you to work from our office based in the Bakery HQ in Yarraville.
