**HCM Program Master Planner - NSW Government**

HCM Program Master Planner required by a NSW Government department based in Parramatta + WFH paying up to $1,050 per day + Super on a 12-month contract with likely ongoing extensions.

- **Contract Length: 12-months with likely ongoing extensions**

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Coach the stream leads and program team on scheduling leading practices to build shared understanding of the tasks, timelines, deliverables and milestones and build confidence in the program’s ability to deliver
- Develop, monitor and review the program schedule, including integrating activities, identifying and managing interdependencies (within and outside the program) to ensure coordinated delivery of the program
- Support the Program Delivery Director to drive the program team to deliver to the program schedule, ensuring the program remains on track and that the schedule always reflects the latest view of status
- Develop mechanisms for monitoring program progress and for intervention and problem solving with stream leads and other internal and external stakeholders

**About You**:

- Solid depth of experience in schedule creation and management
- Experience actively managing progress against the schedule and engaging with key stream leads to drive delivery to the plan
- Experience working with multiple third-party vendors, ideally in a technology enabled program
- Public sector experience is highly regarded
