**In this role, you'll**:
be working as a Scrum Master with our Regional Delivery and Safety IT Portfolio, on a once in a lifetime program of works between Transport for NSW (TfNSW), the Department of Customer Service and Service NSW. The Regstar program, has been launched to upgrade our legacy Driver Licensing Systems, to future proof our systems and ensure that a seamless end to end service is experienced by all users from the public through to government agency users.

In this role your focus will be on the Learner Drivers component of the system. You will lead and manage the team in the delivery of projects utilising Agile principles and practices as part of the delivery methodologies to be employed across the branch, which includes managing the alignment of outcomes with TfNSW strategic and organisational objectives.

This position is a temporary opportunity until the 31.12.25. Your home base will be at Paramatta with Hybrid work arrangements. Tuesday is your team’s anchor day and on Fridays the leadership team meets at Elizabeth Street.

**About you**

Your skills and experience as a Project Manager will see you excel in delivering these projects. You will have previous experience in team leadership, resource management, reporting and the management of steering committees. You are a - At least 3 years practical experience working in Agile Methodologies.
- Experience running scrums, rituals, teams and planning.
- Experience running sprints, using tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Strong facilitation and workshop management skills.
- Ability to manage cross functional teams in technical environment.
- Experience facilitating Big Room Planning and Stakeholder Playbacks.
- Strong people soft skills with ability to manage various stakeholders to align on outcomes.

**Desirable**:

- Formal Agile, Project management certifications
