We are seeking a talented individual to join our **Affinity**team at **Marsh Australia**. This role will be based in **Melbourne office**. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

**We will count on you to**:

- Provide day to day administration support to Senior Brokers across various schemes.
- Process invoicing and related policy accounting documentation.
- Process quotation and placing slips.
- Prepare information and documentation for Pre-Renewal and Broking meetings.
- Produce renewal reports and insurance manuals.

**What you need to have**:

- Experience supporting Senior Brokers with their client accounts (well regarded).
- Client service, underwriting, claims or insurance broking experience (well regarded).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willingness to complete the Tier 1 Insurance Broking Compliance qualification.
- The ability to learn new skills and concepts.
- Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
