We are seeking a talented individual to join our **Account Executive** team at **Marsh**. This role will be based in our **Melbourne **office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

As an **Account Executive**, you will play a crucial role in managing a fleet-centric portfolio of clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met effectively while collaborating with a dedicated team.

**We will count on you to**:

- Oversee and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction.
- Assist the principal in strategic planning and execution of client-related activities, providing insights and support as needed.
- Respond promptly to inquiries for new business, preparing proposals and presentations to secure new clients.
- Assist in the renewal process and provide data governance, including administering compliance controls and training.
- Conduct client file audits to meet both insurer and internal governance controls.
- Monitor accounts receivable, ensuring timely collection of premiums and managing any outstanding debts.

**What you need to have**:

- Tier 1 Insurance Broking Qualified or Diploma of Insurance Broking.
- 2 - 3 Years Insurance Broking Experience at the mínimal.
- Proficiency in Excel.

**What makes you stand out**:

- Large fleet or Novated Leases Insurance experience would be beneficial.
- Well-versed exposure in bordereau management.
- Experience in complaints handling.
