We are seeking a talented individual to join our **Risk Management team**at **Marsh Australia**. This role will be based in **Melbourne office**. This is a **fulltime** and hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

This role is pivotal in driving growth, profitability, and client satisfaction for a portfolio of intricate priority accounts. If you are passionate about building client relationships and delivering exceptional service, we want to hear from you

**We will count on you to**:

- Develop, implement, and manage risk management and insurance programs tailored to client needs.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key client decision-makers through regular communication and meetings.
- Expand and retain a high-value portfolio to achieve team objectives.
- Oversee risk and insurance program renewals, ensuring comprehensive knowledge of major insurance categories and relevant regulations.
- Engage in industry events and client functions to build a robust professional network and represent Marsh effectively.

**What you need to have**:

- A minimum of 1 year experience in insurance broking with a developing understanding of business and organizational risk management.
- A proven track record of managing client accounts and client engagement.
- Exceptional communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
- Essential **Tier 1 FSRA Compliance**; or **ANZIIF** and tertiary qualification is beneficial but not mandatory.
