Just Better Care is a leading provider in disability and aged care services across Australia. Our Ryde/Parramatta & Bankstown branch are looking for a permanent full-time Human Resources Manager to join our growing organisation and lead a culture of success, focussing on recruitment and retention.

Based in our Newington office, the Human Resources (HR) Manager will report directly to the Finance and Compliance manager.
The HR Manager will be responsible for ensuring compliance and efficiency regarding workplace legislation, hiring/recruitment processes, engaging and retaining existing staff team, and creating the conditions to make Just Better Care, Ryde/Parramatta & Bankstown an ‘Employer of Choice’.

**What we need**
**Experience, Abilities and Skills**
- 3 years minimum experience working across multiple areas of Human Resources/People & Culture (relevant tertiary qualifications desirable but not essential)
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation including OHS, Fairwork and Worksafe
- Ability to support senior leadership team with practical advice for urgent and/or complex HR matters
- Well organised and able to work autonomously and as part of a team
- High level of Emotional Intelligence
- Proven relationship management with all internal and external stakeholders, as well as good interpersonal, negotiation and problem solving skills
- Demonstrated high level verbal and written communication skills
- Experience using Microsoft office (specifically outlook, excel & word) and Zoom.

**In addition to the above, all Just Better Care staff need to comply with the following Mandatory Requirements**:

- National Criminal History Check
- NDIS Screening Check
- Driver's licence
- Ability to meet Selection Criteria as specified in the Position Description
