We are looking for a **Human Resources Administrator **to join our HR Team. This is a great opportunity to work within a strong team to develop your career in a supportive and fun environment. This role can either be based at PARKROYAL Parramatta or PARKROYAL Darling Harbour.

**The successful Human Resources Administrator will**:

- Provide high quality administrative support
- Ensure HR systems and records are keep up to date
- Ensure all internal files are continually up to date
- Co-ordinate Interviews, reference checks and other recruitment activities
- Assist with the employee onboarding experience
- Update payroll profiles
- Assist in all other HR administrative duties

**Ideally you will have**:

- Experience in general administration within a fast paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- High level of competence in the use of Microsoft Office
- Strong interpersonal and team skills, incorporating verbal and written communication
- Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team, with effective planning, time management and organisational skills to achieve quality outcomes
- You are able to work between 20-30 hours per week
