**Job Title**: Business Systems Trainer

**Job Type**: 6 months contract

**Job Overview**: We are seeking a skilled Business Systems Trainer to lead the transition of our core business system from a desktop-based to a browser-based user interface. The trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs of various business users across the organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Training Design and Delivery**: Develop and implement training programs for all business users, ensuring the content is tailored to their specific needs and knowledge levels.
- **User Assessment**: Evaluate the current knowledge and skill levels of different user groups to customize training sessions accordingly.
- **Training Materials**: Create engaging and effective training materials, including manuals, guides, and online resources.
- **Hands-On Training**: Conduct hands-on training sessions, workshops, and seminars to facilitate the transition to the new system.
- **Feedback and Improvement**: Gather feedback from trainees to continuously improve training content and delivery methods.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the existing knowledgeable staff member to leverage their expertise while enhancing the training experience.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Proven experience in systems training, preferably within the loan/mortgage products and financial services sector.
- **Technical Skills**: Strong understanding of desktop and browser-based user interfaces.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and accessible manner.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to tailor training programs to different user groups based on their specific needs and journey.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Strong interpersonal skills to engage and motivate trainees.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in training diverse groups, including sales, credit, and other staff members who use the technology.
- Familiarity with the latest training techniques and tools.
