**What You’ll Do**
- This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:
- Lead and manage PAS operations across NSW/ACT region.- Ensure compliance with Defence and Downer standards.- Coordinate with stakeholders to deliver estate services.- Drive continuous improvement in service delivery.- Manage team performance and development.
**What You’ll Bring**- Proven leadership in asset management or related field.- Strong understanding of Defence estate operations.- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.- Experience in managing large teams and complex projects.- Relevant qualifications in facilities or asset management.
