- Downer has been awarded the Property and Asset Services (PAS) contract to deliver base and estate services across their two largest regions NSW/ACT and QLD. This is a significant milestone for our business and our enduring 80+ year relationship with the Australian Defence Force.

**What You’ll Do**
- This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:
- Lead and manage estate works and development activities across PAS regions.- Ensure alignment with Defence infrastructure strategies and compliance standards.- Coordinate with stakeholders to deliver estate development projects on time and within budget.- Support planning, procurement, and execution of estate works programs.- Provide expert advice on estate development to senior leadership.

**What You’ll Bring**- Extensive experience in estate development and infrastructure management.- Strong understanding of Defence estate planning and compliance frameworks.- Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills.- Proficiency in planning, budgeting, and reporting for infrastructure projects.- Relevant tertiary qualifications in engineering, project management, or related fields.
