**What You’ll Do**
- This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:
- Lead and supervise land management operations across designated Defence estates.- Coordinate vegetation control, firebreak maintenance, and pest management activities.- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and Defence standards.- Manage contractor performance and ensure timely delivery of services.- Support planning and reporting functions related to land upkeep.

**What You’ll Bring**- Experience in land management, horticulture, or environmental services.- Strong leadership and team coordination skills.- Knowledge of WHS and environmental compliance requirements.- Ability to manage contractors and deliver outcomes within budget and timeframes.- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
