Employsure AU is seeking a customer service super star to join our Client Experience team You will play an integral role in delivering the best customer experience and handling inbound customer enquiries. This position will suit a natural go getter with a knack for problem solving and a natural ability to connect with people. You will have a passion for providing world-class customer care, with at least one year experience providing customer service and resolution. Working in a small, tight-knit team, you will engage with clients to ensure continued client satisfaction through solving customer complaints. Managing your own caseload end to end, you will act as the primary point of contact for receiving, investigating and resolving client queries and concerns. You will be someone with a strong customer centric attitude, excellent communication skills and drive to help others.
