- Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide timely, accurate, and courteous responses.
- Utilize excellent communication skills in both Mandarin and English to assist a diverse client base.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer support.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and market trends.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for resolution.
**Qualifications**:
- Strong communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to changing market conditions.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Prior experience in customer service is a plus, but not mandatory.
**Training**:
