We have paired with a national consultancy who specialises in Civil Engineering and Project Management, They are leaders in their field who prides themselves on delivering innovative, practical and sustainable solutions to their clients objectives.

**Your new role**

They are looking for a highly motivated individual to spearhead our Queensland office. You will be joining a fun, dynamic team that thrives on challenges and is passionate about delivering successful outcomes for our clients.

As the QLD State Civil Manager, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing our civil engineering projects across Queensland. You will play a key role in managing project teams, fostering client relationships, and ensuring project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. Your leadership will drive the development of innovative engineering solutions and contribute to the growth of our consultancy's civil engineering division.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- RPEQ registration or ability to obtain.
- Proven experience in civil engineering project management, including team leadership.
- Strong knowledge of Queensland's engineering standards and regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
- Business acumen with the ability to identify growth opportunities and contribute to strategic planning.
