Voyages Indigenous Tourism Australia offers experience-based holidays in spectacular wilderness locations, including Ayers Rock Resort in the iconic Red Centre and tourism facilities in Mossman Gorge, located in tropical Queensland.

**_This role is located at our office in Sydney, which serves as a central hub, providing support to our operational teams based in our two locations._**

**Full Time, Fixed Term Maternity Leave Contract**

We are seeking an experienced revenue manager professional with previous experience within the tourism industry, extensive experience with forecasting and working knowledge of Opera Cloud to join our Revenue Team as **Cluster Revenue Manager**. This role will see you be responsible for monitoring demand for each property and Voyages tour through accurate forecasts, achieved using data analysis and inventory management.

**Key duties**:

- Create monthly forecasts for each property, identifying key period to yield and/or drive occupancy.
- Review daily and maintain the company’s Revenue Management System (IDeaS) to ensure forecasts are accurate within set KPI guidelines.
- Monitor demand and manage Trade Allotments accordingly.
- Provide group quotes for Business Events department to maximize Total Resort Revenue.
- Monitor production across all Channels and devise strategies to drive direct website business

**To be successful for this role you will have**:

- A strong understanding of revenue management principles.
- Experience in trend recognition, demand anticipation and opportunity analysis.
- Experience in using Oracle ORS / PMS suite and IDeaS revenue management system
- Power BI and Alteryx capability is beneficial
- Knowledge of travel industry distribution within Australia and internationally
