Sydney, Australia Plus Fitness 247 (Multiple Clubs) Full time

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Cluster Manager to oversee the operations of several clubs within the Sydney area. As a Cluster Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of each location, optimizing performance, and driving operational excellence. You will lead and support teams within each club, monitor budgets, maintain high standards of service, and enhance customer satisfaction across multiple sites. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the daily operations of multiple clubs within the Sydney region, ensuring consistent and high-quality service delivery.
- Lead, motivate, and manage teams within each club to achieve performance targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, increase membership, and optimize club profitability.
- Monitor and manage budgets, and prepare reports for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies, including health and safety.
- Provide coaching, training, and support to staff members to foster a positive and productive working environment.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement best practices across all clubs to drive continuous operational improvement.
- Resolve escalated customer concerns and provide solutions to complex operational issues.

**Key Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar managerial role, preferably overseeing multiple sites or clubs.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Proven track record of achieving business goals and operational targets.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for members.
- Flexibility to travel between club locations as required.

**Desirable Attributes**:

- Experience in the fitness, hospitality, or leisure industry is a plus.
- Ability to develop and implement marketing initiatives to increase membership and engagement.
